The Doctor's NightGuard is a simple, affordable solution for protecting your teeth and jaw from the detrimental effects of nighttime teeth grinding. The Doctor’s NightGuard consists of a moldable plastic mouth guard that comfortably fits over your upper teeth. The patented design creates a cushion between the upper and lower teeth that absorbs the force of grinding.
The Doctor's NightGuard was developed by a leading dentist using specially formulated dental impression material. This material is easily and precisely molded to your teeth using boiling water. Because you fit The Doctor’s NightGuard at home, it is much less expensive than a dentist-made orthosis. The entire fitting process takes less than 5 minutes, and the dental protector comes with a complete, illustrated guide to help you through it.

The doctor's nightguard is a great alternative to using nothing. It was easy to set up for use , but it is too short from front to back. The product still worked as intended, isolating my upper teeth from the lowers. I feel that it will save my teeth from the nightly grind. thanks

I had lost my prosthodonist-prescribed night guard and it was going to end up costing $700 to replace. So, off to find a cheaper alternative. This one did the trick! As other reviewers have noted, it was difficult to mold to my mouth at first, but luckily the material can be resoftened to allow you to try again. The second time gave a much better fit. It is much bulkier than one you would get from the dental professional, but for $30, it was worth it. I did end up finding my original night guard, so I have gone back to using that, but I won't throw out this one. It will be perfect for traveling. I'd rather leave behind the $30 night guard than the $700 one!

Although I think this is a great alternative to a more expensive nightguard from my dentist, I still don't think it will do the job. I just can't get used to sleeping with something in my mouth. But I'm glad I reached this conclusion on a $30 item rather than the $500 alternative from my dentist.

Two weeks ago I bought the Doctors Nightguard, the advanced comfort fit. I have been grinding my teeth for many years now. Unfortunately, I had some dental work done and I could not use the night guard my dentist created for me because the fit would not be accurate anymore. This is why I thought this 'Doctors Nightguard' would be a perfect solution in the meantime.
One week after using this product I noticed some irritation around the side of my mouth. Then the second week... I had a very BIG rash around my whole mouth. Needless to say, I am very unimpressed with this product. Especially now I have a very strange skin irritation on my face.
