I blow dry and flat iron my hair a lot, and I can honestly say its repair serious damage. I also love the light scent it has. I hate when I have a high smelling shampoo and conditioner and when I go outdoors I seem to be attracting bees and flies and other insects. It also leave my hair feel soft, and seems to give it a better shine. My hair is healthy because of the aid of this product. If you haven't tried it yet, then you might consider trying it. See for yourself if it works.

I have colour treated hair, hence I have damaged hair/split ends. I really needed something that could smooth out my hair and make it look less dry. I can say that this conditioner does make it feel more smooth and moisturized. The scent is very pleasant. I used this conditioner after shampooing my hair and I left it on for 3-4 minutes and then washed it out with lukewarm water. Overall, a decent product for dry hair! Will buy again!

Dove is consistently good at releasing high quality, affordable haircare products, and this conditioner is no exception. I have dry, brittle hair that is prone to split ends. While I didn't notice it "rebuilding damaged hair from within" as it says on the bottle, it did make my hair feel significantly smoother and my ends feel less dry/coarse. I was pleasantly surprised by the scent! It's a faint coconut scent that is refreshing without being cloying. Make sure to use a small amount of product so as to avoid greasy hair the next day. Overall, I recommend this conditioner to anyone looking for a budget-friendly product for damaged hair!

I have really thick hair so I usually use a lot of conditioner in my hair no matter what the brand, so this one I do use a lot of it but I find that it's very effective and leaves my hair smelling really, really nice and it is rich and creamy. As far as quality goes I usually get it while it's on sale in the $3 range so I find it's a great value for the quality you get. Plus the dove campaign and women's empowerment and embracing all kinds of beauty is kind of cool too.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I find dove conditioner is the absolute worst big brand conditioner out there if you don't have thin hair. I have long, thick hair with semi damaged ends and I have to apply 3 HANDFULLS of this product to even sort of get it to make my hair soft where as many other conditioners can do make it softer with only about a half a handful. It's okay if you have thin hair and want a light weight conditioner but otherwise avoid this like the plaque!

I tested it alongside the other newly relaunched Dove conditioner, the Daily Moisture, and this one is the slightly thinner one of the two, so it’s more suitable for hair that needs extra volume. I love them both equally though, they both smell lovely and make my hair look great!

While I used this twice to ensure my hair was going to be soft and detangled, I definitely found that I ran my hands through my hair for the whole week enjoying how soft it was. I would love the formula to be a bit thicker as this feels like it slides out while I’m allowing it to soak in but overall I’m happy with it.

The texture of the conditioner is like many others out there and seems to work the same way and provide the same results as my other conditioners. My hair is generally in good condition to the naked eye but I'm sure it could be better. However, I'm unable to notice such improvements (maybe I need a microscope) so I'm not sure if the product really repairs.
