(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This is definitely not a deep cleansing product - it has the creamy consistency of a lotion and doesn’t lather. It’s super moisturizing and great for very dry skin, though. I got the Sensitive Skin one - it’s unscented and extremely gentle. It does leave a film on the skin, but it’s not unpleasant or irritating, and it’s softening and hydrating. I prefer to use an exfoliating mitt or body scrub first and then follow up with the wash. I don’t even need to apply body lotion after (especially in the summer)!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Dove Sensitive Skin Unscented Body Wash is definitely not unscented and it's not for sensitive skin. They list fragrance in the ingredients (which is a catch all for hundreds to thousands of chemicals) which means it's truly not for sensitive skin. And there is a smell to this body wash, despite the 'unscented' claims. For these two reasons I would not recommend this product. For anyone who actually has sensitive skin or who truly wants an unscented body wash, I would definitely look elsewhere. For anyone else, you're better off just buying their nice smelling body washes.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Let me just start by saying I've tried several of the Dove Body Washes and I can't say anything good about them. Here's why. Consider the first three ingredients: water, oil and foaming agents. Water and oil don't mix. You would get suds with water but not with the oil. If you're looking for a foaming wash you will have to use a lot of it. You'd be wasting lots of money down the drain. Does your skin feel hydrated? Sure, because of the oil. Does it feel clean? No, because oil and water don't mix therefore you aren't cleaning your skin. I wish Dove would just stop making their body washes. There are better products out there.

I was worried that without scent which honestly is my usual deciding factor for product, I'd not enjoy the product. I did miss having a nice scent during my shower but that was the only thing missing. The after feel of the body wash was great. Clean but moisturizing. No tightness or dryness fell after. I still prefer to use a body wash with a great scent this a great product for me to use before I head off to work.

From normal, I can take anything, skin to extra sensitive, please don't touch me with that soap!, kind of skin. This product helps all of the many types of skin in our household. The extra sensitive can use it without breaking out in a rash, or being extra dry and itchy all day, and the hardy, I can take anything, skin, loves how soft it leaves their skin. I love all Dove products, but this body wash is by far, my favourite. Way to go Dove!

Now I had the unscented, sensitive formula, which isn’t a problem for me, so I also tried on my 18 month old and she responded with no reaction as well! This would be suitable for everyone, with or without skin sensitivity. I was really happy about the lather, likes it’s leg shaving good haha! So with this in mind I have to be super careful. I like to try new things but I very scared. Usually I am good when something says unscented and sensitive skin. Thank goodness for Dove and this. I can still use a quality body wash, not have dried out skin and not worry about an allergic reaction that will send me to the ER!

This is currently my go to body wash for my household. This is the only body wash that I feel actually moisturizes my skin and that doesn’t aggravate my boyfriends eczema. My boyfriend has switched over from using aveeno to this dove body wash and his eczema has been less apparent since we’ve switched. We’ve now been using this body wash specifically for over 6 months straight and have no complaints. Great value and price point for a sensitive & unscented product.
