I bought this at Christmas for my husbands stocking as we had just finished a jar or cinnamon honey and thought this might be a good replacement as the one was from Niagara. However, this honey has more than just cinnamon in it and we found it a little overwhelming, but not bad on toast with some almond butter to mellow it out a little. Not to mention, I didn't realize how small the jar was.

I don't do "hot spicy" at all, so I wasn't sure about trying this, but it was just perfect. Flavourful and yummy. I think it might make a nice glaze on ham or spread on toast. I just snacked on it straight out of the jar. Heaven! Not nearly enough of it. The 80g size is a VERY small jar, which unfortunately makes it quite expensive, including for the larger jar. Hence the 4 stars instead of 5, but worth it if you want something ready to use that you don't have to make yourself.
