Dexyane MeD soothing repairing cream treats, promotes the disappearance of eczema lesions and limits their reappearance. The skin is protected thanks to its bandage texture which forms a semi-occlusive film on the surface. It can be directly applied to inflammatory lesions of eczema.
Directions: Apply directly to reactive and sensitized areas. To be used alone, in combination and / or in conjunction with dermo-corticosteroids. 1 to 2 times a day. Face, body and hands Can be used on infant from 3 months. Do not use on pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Great for Itchy Dry Skin
I received this #freeproduct from #trywithtopbox to review. I often get dry itchy patches around my eyes and on my neck. When it flared up, I used this cream to soothe and moisturize. I like how this cream glides on smoothly and my skin doesn’t feel as tight and itchy, despite the dry flakes still being there. It has almost no scent. My skin felt a bit tacky after applying but it is definitely better than the cortisone cream that I have used in the past. It has a thicker consistency and it doesn’t take much to cover an area. This cream is one I’ll keep using when I need it! I love that it doesn’t contain any topical steroids!

Great for extremely dry skin
I got this product free from topbox to try and give my honest reviews. My skin behaves a bit better in summer however winters make it dry, itchy and cracky. I tried the cream on my hands after day out on beach and in harsh sun and sand and it worked wonders. Loved how it abosrbed so easy on my hands and left kind of a shiny look. You feel the effect of the cream when you apply it on your skin. I also tried this on my daughter who has eczema and had a flare up. This helped her and gave an immediate relief. This would be my go to for her eczema flare ups and for my extremely dry skin in the winters.

A true flare up life saver
I received the Dexyane MeD Soothing Repair Cream #freeproduct to #trywithtopbox for free for my honest opinion. I suffer with stress and contact eczema and this magic little sample almost immediately took the itch and dryness away. It does not smell like anything to me and the texture of the cream feels rich and nourishing. A little dab is all I needed and it really helps with the dryness and or skin breakage that I often get when my eczema flairs up. I used this after all my chores which calls for a lot of hand washing which really makes my skin flare up. Great product, and definitely something I would consider buying the full product for.

A little goes a looong way!
I receive this product to try for free form top box and give my honest review. First I have to say I’m extremely dry right now due to lots of sun and salt water swimming so this couldn’t have come at a better time. This lotion is the kind that a little definitely goes a long way. It soaks in great and didn’t leave my skin feeling greasy which I love. It has no scent so I would feel comfortable using this on my daughters sensitive skin. Overall I’d say it’s a great cream and will continue to use it.

Good to Try
I received a sample from Topbox Circle #trywithtopbox #freeproduct … this eye cream if eczema for the area around your eyes .. example eye lids.
I do have very dry eye lids from all the cleaning and cleaning clothes I use to remove makeup. The texture of is good quality and not greasy. It didn't leave my skin feeling greasy or sticky and soaked in right away. The sample was small so not sure I was able to give a full try or review I need more time to complete a full review. But I say it good to try for sure as I’ve seen some small results.

It works good!
I received samples of this amazing product. My hands are always in water or in the sun a lot. So I get a lot of damage on my hands and I use this cream and it's absolutely fantastic. I love how it absorbs into my skin and how it makes me feel so much better. Less itchy, less irritable. The stuff is absolutely fantastic and I highly recommend it to you. If you have eczema or psoriasis it definitely helps with that. It's very moisturizing as it goes on to your skin and your skin soaks it up. It doesn't leave an oily mess. This is good stuff!

Great for dry patches!
Review
I received this #freeproduct to#trywithtopbox in exchange for my honest review. My son and I both suffer from eczema type patches that are often dry, red and patchy. I have been struggling to find something that works for us as they can get pretty itchy. I have been using these on our patches for just under a week and I can definitely see a difference. The cream itself is a bit of a hybrid consistency but goes on well and provides a good barrier to stop the itch. I will continue to use in the future and would recommend to friends.

Quite soothing
I received this product for free from topbox to try it and give my honest review.
My 11months old developed some rashes around her neck, one week after starting daycare. I suspect skin issues from daycare bib or teething drools but she itches so badly and her night sleeps get disrupted too. Thankfully, this product came timely and I noticed both appearance of rash and itching have drastically reduced over just two days of use. The lotion has a very light scent and it is very gentle yet effective on her skin. #trywithtopbox #freeproduct
