These biscuits are the best you can make !!! You can't tell this product is Gluten Free, they rise as high and are as fluffy as any biscuits I have eaten and my gram was a blue ribbon winner. Not only are they excellent as biscuits but an added 1/4 cup of sugar to the mix turns them into the best sweet biscuit for any type of berries, strawberry short cake or blue berry cobbler are favourites at our house. Yum Yum !!

Exceptional Biscuits
The best GF biscuits I've tried. They are comparable to regular biscuits in appearance and flavor. Very tasty and flaky. Mix also works well to make fluffy dumplings for stews and soups.

This is the best tasting and texture of biscuit mix. The sweet rice flour gives it good flavour and isn’t starchy tasting like other mixes that use mostly cornstarch.
