Finally, a great gluten free loaf of bread!
I have tried many different gluten free loaves of bread, but they all seem dry and the crusts are always tough and chewy, at least to me. This bread tastes fantastic , crusts and all. I am a customer for life. I have also tried the cheese biscuits by Duinkerken , just as good as the bread. Only thing I wish is that they would make other types of bread as well, like maybe a cinnamon raisin loaf for example.

You need to buy quick rising yeast with this product.
I was so excited to try this. I haven’t made the bread yet because I didn’t realize you need active yeast to make this product. Maybe it could be added to the description for new bakers like myself.

The mix makes a delicious bread loaf that doesnâÂÂt have to be frozen right after baking. It lasts unfrozen for about 5-6 days then I freeze it. Also, it is wonderful to see the company is also Canadian! I would highly recommend anyone looking for a delicious bread mix.

When I'm too busy to make my own 15-ingredient gf bread, then this is my go-to product. An easy to make tasty hearty bread. I add a little extra salt. And it's Canadian! Well's service is also excellent with fast delivery.

Delicious and easy to prepare
This bread mix is so easy to prepare ânote: quick rise yeast requiredâ. Unlike most gluten free breads, this one is very tasty, moist, the crust is tender and it keeps for 4-5 days. The mix is reasonable price. Way easier to prepare than my multi ingredient home made recipe & so delicious compared to frozen store bought gluten free breads.

You need two eggs (or flax eggs)
I bought this during an elimination diet and was surprised to find the directions call for two eggs (which I couldn’t eat). I used a mix of chia/ flax for eggs and it worked okay. The bread is very hearty but bland, and when I make it again, I’m going to bake it a bit longer than the directions and experiment with adding salt. It’s worth a try if you’re avoiding gluten and corn (which is in so much gluten free bread).

Great GF Bread and Canadian too
I agree with the other posters- I have tried this multiple times and love it! Very fresh and delicious, which is hard to say about a lot of gluten-free breads! Love to support a true Canadian family company as well.
