Previously used the Thayer's brand of witch hazel but for some reason this one has been working much better on my skin. This leaves my skin feeling soft and doesn't dry out my skin. It has helped a lot with my acne and cleared up my acne scars as well. The only downside is the smell is not the best, but it is not very strong smelling so I am not bothered by it.

Great product. Has a bit of a smell to it, but not over powering. Worked as a great facial toner. Did not dry my skin out. If you are shopping for witch hazel - highly recommend this one.

Smell is a bit odd, but worked as planned (for beauty diy)

This is a great product! I like it because is doesn't have alcohol in it. Also it is cheaper to buy it here.

I've been wanting to try witch hazel for the longest time, and I'm so happy that I was able to! I use it on my face as a toner to help with acne, and while the results aren't as dramatic for me as say tea tree oil, I feel it has been helping a bit. It always leaves my skin feeling extra smooth after use, and best of all, is the first toner I've tried that hasn't cause irritation for my super crazy sensitive skin! I was a little nervous about the smell from other reviews, but I really don't find it bad at all. To my nose it isn't strong, and I definitely don't get a sweet smell from it; it's hard to describe, but it smells a bit like a mix between herbal and almost smoky. The closest thing I can think of is it sort of smells like a subtler hickory bark with some type of herb in it. It's definitely not strong or acrid! My bottle's lasting really well, but I think I'll repurchase once it's down. I like it.
