A confetti of letters, numbers, and colours: red beet, green spinach, orange carrot/annatto, and golden grain. All organically grown. Colours brighten when cooked. 60% whole grain durum flour and 40% golden amber durum wheat semolina passes the kid's test. Made at the Eden Organic Pasta Company on vintage equipment with brass dies and slowly air dried. An excellent source of riboflavin B2, providing 45 percent of the recommended daily value (DV) per serving. A good source of fiber, protein, thiamin B1, niacin B3, magnesium, and zinc. Make purifying alphabet soup and very fun pasta salads! Packaged in a reclosable, recycled and recyclable box with a tasty recipe and its photo on the back.

Our kids love these, and they are the perfect comfort food on a cold day! (Add a little butter and parmesan, and they are delicious!) With that said, the price could be a bit more reasonable....Even so, this alphabet pasta is really terrific!

Was expecting each individual noodle to be larger in size, they are actually quite tiny. Still taste great though.

My grandson's favorite! What kid wouldn't love the shapes? I don't find the colour deepens with cooking, as one reviewer stated. Perhaps the batches vary. I serve it On my homemade cauliflower cheddar sauce so he can see the shapes. Great product!

I love this stuff - it's perfect for my toddler who has an egg allergy as well! the letters keep their shape - but they aren't very big, so it's not really appropriate for picking them up and making them into words (if your little one is into that!)
