Deep green spirals or fusilli of 60% whole grain durum and 40% golden amber durum semolina with spinach powder, all organically grown. Made at the Eden Organic Pasta Company on vintage Italian equipment with brass dies and slowly air dried. Rich in healthy fiber and a good source of protein, iron, thiamin B1, niacin B3, and magnesium. Wholesome dishes are easy and simple. It goes well with bright vegetables like carrot, red bell pepper, yellow squash, and cherry tomatoes. Packaged in a reclosable, recycled and recyclable box with a tasty recipe and its photo on the back.
