Tasty easy plant protein
I’m always looking for food that’s fast, convenient, high in protein, low in sugar and vegetarian, and these lentils have it all! I just open the can and eat them cold or warm them up depending on my mood. I put them on rice to make a family meal. The only downside is the cost compared to dry lentils, but for me the cost is worth skipping the cooking time.

Great product!
Great product! Very tasty and easy to prepare. I mix it with other vegetables and nuts to make a hearty vegan stew.

not worth it . makw it yourself
i bought this thinking i could be a fast and healthy version of lentils.
When you open the can the lentils are surrounded in a gelantious substace , it looks not appealing and the taste is just ok.
I will no be buying this again.
