Better than the authentic version!
I was hesitant to trying this Because someone previously commented how spicy it was and all ill say is that person does not know spicy (sorry) it is SO mild but has a sauerkraut texture. Ordered 3 more before i even finished this one!

I have no basis for comparing this to any similar product, but I really liked the taste. It gives your mouth an instant hit of fiery tasting sauerkraut, and I appreciate both. Great with a meat based meal, or sometimes I eat it on its own (be careful if you are sensitive to cayenne pepper!). Will reorder.

I've been buying this over the past few years. It's better than kimchi or sauerkraut on a standalone basis. Price has gone up significantly, but still worth it.

This is by far the best Kimchi I have tried. Ir has a bit of spiciness to it which I love.

Love this
I add 2 tablespoons on avocado toast or with dinner soup or rice. Was a little spicy at first but love the taste. It’s good to keep things moving an antioxidant and I have IBS and had IC. Love it!
