I have used this when I feel run-down and at greater risk of getting sick; however, I have found that the added benefit of giving me increased energy is what I love most about this product. I really did not expect that result - what a pleasant surprise!
I have tried both this flavour and the orange; both are good.
I plan to keep on buying this and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.
