Instructions for use:
Remove existing insole and insert Enertor insole. If you need to trim
the forefoot, use the insoles you removed as a guide and trim Enertor
insoles to match.
Washing Instructions: Hand wash in cool water with a mild detergent and then air dry away from direct heat or sunshine.
