Please Go Back to Old Formula
I have used the Eucerin Healing cream for years and absolutely loved it. Routinely, women would stop me on the street and compliment my skin & ask what product(s) I used. Eucerin was my number 1# favorite skin product. Last week I bought a new container with new 'rich' label. Initially thought they had just spruced up the packaging. Sadly, this was not the case. The first thing I noticed was the smell was different. When I put the cream on my face, it actually stung my skin. I had to remove it immediately because it was causing a rash. ??? Please go back to original formula. Or at least let me buy any and all old container s you might have.

I finished a tub of this cream recently and wow, it is amazing. I use it right after I shower. I don't use a towel. I wait about 2 minutes, letting most of the water run off my body. While my body is still very damp, I apply this cream and it spreads much better this way while locking in the moisture. It dries down quicker when I'm already damp and apply this. I mainly use other affordable brands like Aveeno and Vanicream to avoid fragrance and other irritating ingredients. CeraVe irritates me and Cetaphil was slightly better than CeraVe for me. Anyway, I should have tried Eucerin's products first. This Original Healing Cream is by far my favorite of the bunch.

AMAZ[NG PRODUCT
I am a 64 year old woman who has suffered in the last 10 years with issues with my legs....its been trial and error to fix the very dry skin on both my legs. One day at a drug store I saw this small tube of Eucerin Orginal Healing Rich Crème. It is an amazing product and the results happened less than a week. After showering I applied the crème and every morning before work. Thank you Eucerin for a product that I have looked for a very long time. A product that has helped me so much and I am so grateful to your company for a product that works My skin is looking so healthy and the dry looking skin is gone. Carol

Very satisfied
I have been using this product (white cap & red cap) for 20 years. There is no other product that compares. Calms the skin, gives it a healthy glow, stops the itching, heals sun-burns, prevents peeling and last all day. I work in a medical office. We give samples of eucerin products out daily. Our patients are very happy. They start to buy these products and their skin becomes much improved or healed. I order many different kinds of products from Beiersdorf (100's) monthly and they send them all quickly. Many people's lives have improved dramatically due to this company. Thank you Beiersdorf, Eucerin and Nivea.

This is one of the most disgusting, horrible products I have ever tried. Due to some allergic reaction, my skin was very itchy. Doc recommended this, in addition to oral medication. It is hard as a rock, and waxy/slippery making it very very difficult to spread on skin. I am practically tearing my itchy skin off trying to move the big, waxy, white lump of gunk around on my skin. And once that has been, sort of, done, it remains sticky, wet, and slimy for a good half hour I can't dress because of the wet slime. Also, it has not helped with the itch one bit. How do I get my money back?

Disappointed in change
I swear by eucerin, it has always been my go to lotion for horrible dry skin conditions, etc. however since the upgraded look of their products it seems the formula for every single lotion has changed although the ingredient list is the same. I didn't want to believe it at first and thought other reviews were wrong but I've been finding they are not. This particular lotion, original healing, used to heal my dry skin concerns in the snap of a finger but now it makes things ten times worse. Didn't know that was even possible. I suggest the company goes back to the formula or whatever it was they were doing because it seems they have ALOT of unhappy customers now and will be losing those customers to other brands

So Happy I Bought It By Mistake
I actually purchased a tub of the Original Healing Cream back in January, but hated how it was so heavy on my skin. I was so disappointed. Then the pandemic began, and I started working from home. Needing a really good skincare routine to revive the dull, flaky skin on my face, and since I wouldn't need to worry about makeup during the day, I started using this cream very lightly on face. What a huge difference it made. After about a month of daily and nightly use, my skin is smooth, brighter, and looks fresher and younger than it has in recent years, and I've had less breakouts than I ever have. I've even been getting compliments on how great my skin is looking. This cream is now my favorite face product!

Fantastic product
Was having a big problem with super dry skin on my feet and ankles, so bad that the skin cracked and became flaky and scaly. I tried several popular lotions which claim to moisturize but nothing worked like Eucerin. It was recommended by my doctor. I applied it in the morning and again at night and after 24 hours, I showed the result to my wife. She said wow! And that pretty much sums up my reaction as well. The skin on my feet and ankles was smooth and soft again after just 3 days and now I just use it twice a week to keep them that way. This stuff is awesome.
