Doesn’t work
I have always struggled with my ferritin levels. The highest I was able to ever get my ferritin level was 40 in hopes I could do even better I switched from my old pills to this one. Big mistake! My ferritin literally dropped on my bloodwork from 40 to 13 between June of 2023 and January of 2024 when taking these pills. I’m going back to my old ones which we’re NFH brand SAP Iron

Proceed with caution
These were terrible on my stomach. I was really hoping all the claims of being gentle on the stomach were true. Their website specially quotes “ minimal/ none of the unpleasant side effects associated with most iron supplements”. It was so bad I actually had to stop taking them after only 1 week of trying, and I felt the adverse effects for at least 1 month.

So grateful to find
My physician recommended I try this iron capsule, as others have not been helpful for iron deficient anemia. Our local pharmacy could not order it in, nor did the health food store stock it. Was thrilled to find on Well.ca. The capsule itself was easy to swallow and very tolerable, not hard on stomach as other iron medications can be. Delivery was very fast.

Just in case
I am vegan. I am trying this. I did bot have any blood test yet so i don’t know, but i think i see a difference because i was feeling tired and weak and i seem to get more energy

Effective with no side effects
I have been using this for my elderly mother's chronic anemia for many years and it really works. It does not cause any GI upset or digestive issues. It is well tolerated.

The only iron supplement that I can tolerate. No upset stomachs no diarrhoea no problems of any kind with this brand.
