Recommended Dosage: Adults (18 years and older): Take 2 capsules 1 to 2 times daily with food/meal at least 2-3 hours before or after taking antifungal medications. To help reduce the risk of antibiotic-associated diarrhea, take 2 capsules 2 times daily with food/meal at least 2-3 hours before or after taking antifungal medications. Can be taken at the same time as antibiotics.

Caution: Do not use if you have an immune-compromised condition (e.g. AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment). Ask a health care practitioner before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have gallstones, anaemia, fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea, severe abdominal pain, gastrointestinal lesions/ulcers or diabetes, or are having surgery you are taking anticoagulant agents or anti-inflammatory agents.
