Lots of protein
I was looking for a good high protein cereal with good nutritious ingredients and this is the best one I have found so far. I mix it with a bit of mesa sunrise and quinoa puffs and some fruit to get a great nutritious breakfast, I will continue to buy this and Well has it at a decent price compared to some other sites,

Great nutrition
These are so nutritious. I mix cereals together to make a tasty cereal and now I have these to add to my mix. I use some other organic cereals from Natures Path and the mix is just lovely. I didnt like these by themselves but when mixed with the others they are great
