I am a dark chocolate lover but really do not like this. I love the mushroom coffee mix by four sigmatic so I really wanted to like this. It does not seem to dissolve well, it is almost gritty when you drink it and does not have great flavour.

Nothing special
There's nothing wrong with it but there's also nothing special. I could easily just mix together some cocoa and cinnamon in hot water and get the same thing. For the high price, I don't think its worth it.

Delicious!
I bought this product a few weeks ago and we drank it in a few days. It was delicious! I did feel more relaxed in the evenings when I had it before bed. I highly recommend this product.

Great before bed
My husband and I have been drinking it before bed. It definitely helps us relax and sleep a little deeper. Not sure if this is a coincidence, but seems to give more active dreams.
