Good prices and fast free shipping-- it's a good deal. These are much more accurate than the Ketostix. Ketones in urine is not a very accurate measure for how much is flowing in your blood. You may be in for a rude realization when you thought you were doing very well based on urine readings, only to find that blood readings are much, much lower. If your truly interested in the level of success for your efforts, you need to test for ketones in your blood!

Prompt shipping, secure packaging. Blood ketone readings give the instant current value of ketone levels in blood, whereas urine (Ketostix) measurements can be misleading because urine could have been accumulating in bladder for a while. Expectactions shouldn't be similar for both methods. Love these: simple, precise, good pricing, no misreadings yet and have ordered before.

In answer to J: These Freestyle Precision strips do work with the Precision Xtra Meter. It says so right in front of the box. They are exactly the same strips that I got years ago in boxes of Precision Xtra strips.
