Ball is tiny
I am 5'9" and I find that the ball is too tiny. I was able to substitute with an existing ball that I already had and it works.

Great alternative sitting
The ball is tiny but the description does say it's for shorter people. I'd say this seating alternative works for someone under 5'6". Arrived quickly - put it together very easily. Very happy with my purchase.
