Genestra HMF Fit For School Probiotic Formula helps to reduce incidence of upper respiratory tract infections (URTI) symptoms. Also helps to support the immune system.
Recommended Dosage: Adolescents and Children (4 years and older): Chew 1 tablet daily, at least 2 to 3 hours before or after taking antibiotics, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Immune Support: Use for a minimum of 4 weeks to see beneficial results.

Seems to help!
My son is frequently sniffly and seems to catch one cold after the next during the school year. He's been taking these regularly for about 4 months and aside from the back-to-school cold about 2 weeks after he started (which was very mild), he's been nearly sniffle-free. The price made me hesitate initially, but it has been totally worth it.

Absolutely the best.
Although these are pricey, it's absolutely worth it. My son has a long history of respetitatory illnesses and upon switching to these, we were only sick twice the whole winter and duration, and severity of the illness was way less. Prior to taking these he was falling ill every 2 to 3 weeks, so basically he would get over one cold and in came the next. I cannot recommend these vitamins enough. No complaints about the flavour either. He happily takes them

Good flavor but does it work?
While these taste great, since starting these in September (4 months ago), my daughter has caught 3 respiratory viruses and ended up on antibiotics once. Prior to this, she had 1 respiratory illness in one year. Is it just a fluke? Did these probiotics prevent a more severe illness than what she had? Not sure, but won't be purchasing these again.

Has really helped!
Since taking this my son has been sick less frequently and when he does get something it has been a minor illness. This is a huge improvement over other years.
