Genestra HMF Intensive is a probiotic formula for intensive use that contributes to a natural healthy gut flora.

HMF Intensive is intended for short-term - intensive- usage -
rapid replenishment of an optimal gut flora composition - although it is also appropriate
for use in long-term maintenance regimes.
Recommended Dose: Adults and Children (6 years and older): Take 1 capsule daily with a meal, at least 2 to 3 hours before or after taking antibiotics, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
Caution: Do not use if you have an immune-compromised condition. Consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are experiencing nausea, fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain. Discontinue use and consult your healthcare practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset occur, worsen or persist beyond 3 days. This product was sealed for your protection. Do not use if box or contents are open or damaged. Store under refrigeration (below 8°C).

Digestive issues resolved!
I was dealing with stomach upset and loose bowels for about a month before I tried this. Everything seemed to resolve in less than a week of using this probiotic. I have always found Genestra products to be high quality and this gave me the great result I expected. I have been able to go back to eating regular meals and my digestive system is healthy and functioning properly again. I will now be using Genestra's regular multi-strain probiotic from now on as I should have been doing daily anyway.

The best
I've been taking this for a few months now and have found a noticeable difference in GI issues. This is by far the most effective one available and is worth the money. Love that Well.ca ships it with a cold pack to keep it in optimal condition as long as poss6 during shipping. Great product - highly recommended!

I have used the Genestra Probiotic now for the second time and find it superior to all others. It helps my symptoms in a matter of days with no side effects. Excellent product. I highly recommend this probiotic. I have had several abdominal surgeries and find this product works best after trying many others. I will continue to use Genestra as my first go to Brand.

Noticeable Improvement
2 weeks in and I feel noticeably better, although I had some pretty bad side effects. I know it may take a month or two to fully see results, but any progress at all is good. The taste is really tolerable too. Definitely would buy again.

Love this product!
Must have after antibiotics. This brand is great and I always use it for myself and kids after taking antibiotics. It truly works at getting your gut health back to normal.
