No extraordinary results
I used these vitamins for just under a month. The item description on the website fails to mention that you need to take 2 pills per day to achieve 500mg of B5 (which is the amount they say you will get per day). So instead of being 2 months worth of product, it only lasts 1 month. Someone recommended vitamin B5 to me to potentially help me clear some acne I have. I took the recommended 2 pills per day and few weeks yielded little change to my skin. I even upped the dosage to 3 pills per day, nothing much changed. I can't be sure if this is because of the way my body is or if it's just this brand that isn't great. Either way, if you want to try it for yourself, I hope you get better results than I did.
