Recommended Use: For a daily source of probiotics to support and balance your gut flora, supporting immunity and overall gastrointenstinal health.

Dosage: Adults, Adolescents and Children ≥ 6 years: Take 1 capsule, 1-3 times per day. If you are on antibiotics, take Advanced Gut Health at least 2-3 hours before or after.
