Ingredients: Fermented pea protein isolate, fermented brown rice protein concentrate, fermented vegan protein blend (organic hemp protein, organic quinoa sprouts, alfalfa protein, organic spirulina, mung bean sprouts). Contains sulphites (naturally occurring)
Directions: Mix 1 scoop (25.9 g) in 1 cup (250 mL) of water. Shake well. Store in a cool, dry place.

I love these Fermented protein powders. I ordered the unflavored and the chocolate. Both, when blended given a great consistency and a pleasant taste without a yucky aftertaste in my opinion. Plus when added to a fruit smoothie with greens and almond milk make for a filling breakfast. I use mine every day!
