Giddy Yo cacao paste is made from the highly prized Ecuadorian Arriba Nacional bean (aka cacao Arriba, or cacao Nacional). Arriba is a fine flavoured bean characterized by fruity and floral notes, and unique to Ecuador. Giddy Yo's paste is certified organic, Rainforest Alliance certified, common allergen-free, non GMO, naturally vegan and delicious!
Suggested use: ideal for making and adding to hot beverages (hot cocoa, coffee, chaga tea, elixirs.) smoothies, trail mix, desserts and other chocolate creations. Try making your own dark chocolate bar, truffles or bark (+nuts, seeds & dried fruit). Cacao paste is very similar to baking chocolate- it melts like chocolate and is 100% cacao
