Ingredients: Organic rice flour, organic quinoa flour.
Cooking Instructions: Bring 3-4 liters of water to a boil. Add salt if desired. When the water is boiling well, add the pasta and stir often during the first 2 minutes. Cook additional 6 minutes stirring occasionally (for al dente texture); or between 8 to 10 minutes total for regular texture. Drain and rinse promptly with cold water. Serve immediately with your favourite sauce and condiments.

Absolutely loved the taste of this!
Only downside is the quantity for the price. I did not realize how small it was until it arrived. I got 2 servings from one package, and if you are eating with someone, its bye bye in one night. If it was cheaper i would keep buying as i think its a great alternative to flour/wheat. When i compare to what's already on the shelves, i just can't bring myself to keep purchasing. :-(

Great product but ridiculously small package size for this particular item. I have found the large bag of macaroni noodles at Costco and it's a much better value. This pasta cooks like regular pasta and is similar in texture to regular pasta. Great gluten free alternative.

Pretty good pasta. Texture is similar to semolina pasta. Although the package is small and only makes a couple of servings. I really like quinoa because of high fiber content, but judging from amount of fiber list on package this pasta has very little quinoa flour and more white rice flour. I think I'll stick with whole grain brown rice pasta and smart pasta. It's more economical with more fiber.
