My grandson and daughter use this product and will not use another gluten free brand. Apparently, the taste is the best and also the consistency. This one is used in their vegetable soup.

The taste is excellent.

Love this pasta. It is by far one of the best GF pastas I've tried. My favourite.

This is one of the best gluten free pastas I've ever tried. It maintains it's shape, unlike some g.f. pasta that turns to mush after you cook it. The only downside is that it is a small quantity.

Absolutely loved the taste of this!

Only downside is the quantity for the price. I did not realize how small it was until it arrived. I got 2 servings from one package, and if you are eating with someone, its bye bye in one night. If it was cheaper i would keep buying as i think its a great alternative to flour/wheat. When i compare to what's already on the shelves, i just can't bring myself to keep purchasing. :-(

I only ordered this product to boost my purchase for free shipping. Poor value for the quantity/quality

Delicious, tastes just as good as regular pasta, if not better, but is incredibly high in protein and iron. Love it.

Great product but ridiculously small package size for this particular item. I have found the large bag of macaroni noodles at Costco and it's a much better value. This pasta cooks like regular pasta and is similar in texture to regular pasta. Great gluten free alternative.

Pretty good pasta. Texture is similar to semolina pasta. Although the package is small and only makes a couple of servings. I really like quinoa because of high fiber content, but judging from amount of fiber list on package this pasta has very little quinoa flour and more white rice flour. I think I'll stick with whole grain brown rice pasta and smart pasta. It's more economical with more fiber.
