Better than the reviews state, please read:
I hated these tattoos until I figured out how to use them! Most tattoos make you rinse under water for 30 seconds, but not these! Don’t wait too long after you rinse them, you will ruin them. I think it literally takes 10 seconds to apply (and I’m talking about the whole process!). Just check them carefully 3 or 4 seconds after applying water. If it’s not sticking yet, try to peel from the other side!
They are actually sooo easy to apply!!!!
Unfortunately it took me 3/4 of the package to figure this out

Disappointing quality
Very disappointed with the beautifully designed tattoos. They really are pretty, but the transfer was difficult with following the directions perfectly and they last less than 4 hours on my kids.
Will not purchase again.

Terrible tattoos
We’ve had many many temporary tattoos over the years and these are terrible, they don’t transfer at all. Very cute designs, terrible quality.

Terrible transfer
Very cute designs, loved the idea of the glitter, but very difficult to transfer, sometimes didn't even transfer at all, and barely lasted at all.

Not great I ordered a bunch for birthday gift bags and they are terrible. Wish I tested them out first. Do not stay on and took forever to transfer.
