Rated 4 out of 5 by from This toothpaste doesn't foam up like traditional toothpastes so that took a little getting used to and I have been alternating with my old toothpaste (ie. using one in the morning and the other at night). It does leave a minty clean feeling post brushing though. I haven't been to the dentist yet to know if anything has changed with my oral health from using a natural toothpaste.

It doesn’t foam up like traditional toothpaste but I actually now prefer it and find sensodyne revoltingly sweet now. I’ve only been using it for maybe 2 months. Just had a dental cleaning and I have a cavity that needs filling so I docked a star BUT I honestly have no reason to believe the toothpaste was a direct cause as I’ve been somewhat prone to cavities my whole life despite flossing and brushing twice a day
