There's a trick to help the breakage
This is the best vegan (psst, Well.ca, as I am writing this, you don't have this tagged as vegan for the filters, but it is), plastic-free, compostable floss I've tried. Yes, it breaks occasionally, but I've been using it for 6 months and it's only happened a few times, and I have very tight teeth at the back. The trick to minimize breakage is to always use a fresh section (so the wax is intact) in the tightest spots, and don't pull it completely taught until you've worked it through the narrowest point.

Floss works well
Floss works well, as long as you don't force it between your teeth (gentle back and forth action will generally glide the floss between teeth) and floss regularly. I've been using Green Beaver NaturaFloss for years and only rarely have it break on me. Would appreciate more flavours, but the Frosty Mint is one of the better ones.

Non-plastic biodegradable; as dental floss is necessary for me, it’s reassuring to not contribute to the plastic debris choking the planet!

Works very well! Tastes good too.
I have used this floss for a little while. It's fine and doesn't fray or break as easily as others. I have a space between my molars at the back that traps food. This floss easily moves the food particles along. It costs a little more but I'm supporting a Canadian business and it's people. Thank you.
