Adult dosage: Dissolve 2 teaspoons (5g) into 6 to 8oz of water or your favourite juice. Recommended once or twice daily on an empty stomach (20 minutes before or 2 hours after a meal).

Caution: Do not take with hot liquids since heat will neutralize active enzymes.

Storage: Store with lid tightly closed in a cool, dry place.
