My Self love routine started here
I love this gua sha! This year has been tough, and owning a small business and being a community leader means when things get tough, you put others first. Even this purchase started off as a purchase to support a friend’s small business. Little did I know it would change the past few months of my life, and probably the rest of it! It got me to care more for myself, my skin, my health. It made me take pause and remember to breathe. Anyway I really love it. Clean it with warm water and mild soap and let air dry!

Loving the coolness and shape
I use this each morning. It is cool on my face and seems to help reduce the puffiness. I love the shape as I can use it against my jawline, under eyes and puffy eyelids easily.

Arrived Chipped
I purchased this product for my sister for her birthday, and it arrived in a nice box that looked secure so I just wrapped it and gave it to her without opening it first.
Unfortunately, when she opened it on her birthday, we noticed it had a small piece chipped off near the bottom. We aren't sure if this was because of rough handling while shipped or happened during packaging, but it's unfortunate. Because this is intended to rub along your face, my sister hasn't felt comfortable using it due to fear of cutting or scratching her face.

Poor quality
I was very disappointed at the quality of this product, especially given the price. The edges were not finished well, the notch had jagged edges that would have scratched my face if used. I had to return. Return process was smooth, good customer service.
