Mostly sunflower seeds
I bought this as a salad topper so it was fine for that. However as a trail mix not so much. It is mostly sunflower seeds which I could get much cheaper on their own if that is what I wanted.

As someone who is nut-free, I thought this was fantastic! The coconut and chocolate give it just the right hint of sweetness. Grateful to have found a nut-free trail mix!
