WORKS GREAT!
I have POTS so use these for additional sodium. Have used for a few months and they make a difference in my energy level.

Yum
Taste great and actually work. Definitely reccomend, will be buying more. My only complaint is having to buy a single use pack at a time...

A Nice Change From Electrolyte Drinks
I also have POTS and these are a fun way to get a bit more sodium. The candies taste great, while helping restore electrolytes.

Handy electrolyte
This packet was super handy when I went to an outdoor festival without immediate access to water to dissolve typical electrolyte powders or tablets. They taste good and don't get stuck in your teeth like lots of gummy supplements. I would purchase again if the price was lower!

Great Electrolyte
Delicious! The flavour is yummy. I love that I can throw a pouch in my purse and leave one in my car after a long walk or hike.

Summer must have
One of my go to during summer to keep up with the heat and activities. So easy to toss in your bag and have on hand
