Find natural constipation relief with: 

• 25mg of senna leaf extract to promote bowel movements and short-term relief of occasional constipation.

Recommended Dosage: Adults aged 18 and older: Take 2 gummies one time per day. Allow at least 6 to 12 hours for laxative effect to occur.
