Directions: Children, adolescents, and adults 3 years and older: Take 1 stick per day. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after antibiotics.

Really great way to take probiotics
I started taking these because I had to go on antibiotics during and after giving birth and my gut feels great. I love how easy they are to take and they're so yummy too.

Helps with bloating from IBS
I have IBS and deal with a lot of bloating, these YumBiotic powder sticks help control a lot of the bloating and make having a bowel movement easier for me.
