Somniaide is a homeopathic remedy used to improve sleep by reducing the occurrence of insomnia. It is also used to relieve discomfort caused by anxiety.
Recommended Dosage: 2 to 3 sprays under the tongue, 3 times daily, half an hour before meals or as directed by a health care professional. Acute cases: Take 1 dose orally at onset of symptoms. Repeat twice at 15-minute intervals. Repeat up to 9 times per day if symptoms recur.
