Broke after 1 month of using
Initially I loved this product - I received it as a christmas gift and love the size and how quiet it is. A little over 1 month later - I unplugged it to take it to the sink to fill it - let the water cool, let the filter become saturated and it will not turn on. I believe it is a problem with the connect that goes into the device to plug it into the wall.
It was a Christmas gift purchased from a retail store - so I do not have a receipt. I would have expected this product to last for more than 1 month.

Stopped working

Would be great if it didn't stop working...
For awhile, I was searching for a compact, good-looking humidifier for my bedside table and I thought I finally found it in the Homedic Ultrasonic but sadly, the quality standards didn't meet. First, it began to drip a lot of water, then the mist would not spurt regularly (cleaned the nob with a q-tip and it helped), then it stopped working completely; I probably used it a total of 3 weeks of nighttime use.

Waste of money
I used this for one week before it stopped working. I got it as a gift so can't return it but have tried all of the troubleshooting to no avail. No mist, just the blue light. Have soaked the wick repeatedly, tried replacing the wick with a new one that had been soaked and still nothing. A few sputters of mist and then nothing. Very frustrated with this.

Works very well
I’ve used this now over two winters and it is reliably good. The one or two times it didn’t go right away were easily remedied with an adjustment either to the water level or the closure. I would buy it again. Came to the website to see how I can maintain it in good repair as I can’t find the manual.

Great, but needs improvement
I have used this for 2 weeks! It give off lots of mist and is exceptionally quiet! The only reason I gave it a low review is because so much condensation runs down from the top, that by the morning there’s a pool of water on my counter! Do I have a faulty one, or is this how it operates?

So quiet and so helpful
I love this little guy! Only issue I’ve had is that the blue light is much too bright. Put some duck tape on top of the button and it works okay, but still a lot of light comes through. Super unfortunate that I have to order replacement wicks online
