Directions:

Preparation of clay paste from powdered clay:

• Put the necessary amount of clay in a glass, wooden or earthenware container.
• Mix the clay with water (preferably spring or floral water)
• Let stand for a few moments
• If necessary, add water or clay
• Homogenize the dough using a wooden spatula (do not stir too much)
• The dough is ready to use

Face Mask (normal and oily skin)

• Apply a thick layer to the face and neck
• avoid the eye and lip area
• Leave to act for 10 to 15 minutes (never let the clay dry)
• Remove the mask with lukewarm water
• Dry, then apply moisturizer

Plaster and poultice

• Apply a 2 to 3 cm layer directly on the skin or in the center of a very thin line, folding the corners
• Hold in place with a bandage
• Leave to act for 2 to 3 hours (never let the clay dry)
• After use, throw away the clay and rinse the skin with lukewarm water)

Clay water

• Pour 1 to 2 teaspoons into a glass of spring water or preferably distilled water.
• Mix with a non-metallic spatula
• Leave to rest overnight
• Use water only

Bath: Once in the bath water, add 300 gr (10.58 oz) of green clay

Bath time: 20 minutes
