Arnica Montana is used for pain associated with sprains, strains, and falls. Arnica Montana is also used for treating for bruising, arthritis, muscle pain and more.
Directions:
- Adults, children and infants (1 to 18 years old)
- 3 granules, 3 times daily or as directed by a healthcare practitioner
- Let the granules dissolve under the tongue, using the tube cap as a receptacle
- Avoid touching the granules with your fingers and touching the cap with your lips.
