A natural health product, each tablet contains approved therapeutic levels of Certified Organic Ginger. Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine, ginger helps relieve digestive upset such as a lack of appetite, nausea, digestive spasms, indigestion, dyspepsia and flatulent colic.
Caution: Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Store between 15°C and 25°C.
Keep out of reach of children.
Directions: Adults and children 6 years and older: take 2 tablets every 4 hours 1 to 3 times a day. For the prevention of motion sickness, take a single tablet at least 30 minutes before departure. Do not exceed 6 tablets a day.

& rhizome), equivalent to 340 mg, ginger dried root or 25% gingerols.
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Croscarmellose Sodium, Ethylcellulose, Hypromellose, Medium Chain Tryglycerides, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Oleic Acid, Polyethylene Glycol, Povidone, Pregelatinized Starch, Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid. No added arti cal colours, preservatives, sugar or gluten.
