Magnesia phosphorica is a homeopathic remedy indicated in all cases of neuralgic pain, nervous spasms and muscle cramps. It can improve the physical and mental resistance by providing relief of nerves and relaxation. It also helps relieve travel sickness.
Directions: Adults (and children 2 to 18 years): Chew 2 tablets, 3 times daily or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Medicinal ingredient: Magnesia phosphorica 6X or 12X
Non-medicinal ingredients: Lactose, Magnesium stearate.
Caution: Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, prior to use if you are pregnant or nursing. Store at room temperature. Keep out of reach of children.

One of my favorites Dr. Schussler products
I have been taking this tissue salt since 2018. I've taken it in the past for anxiety. For the past year I take for insomnia, I take 2 at bedtime and if I wake during the night and can't fall asleep, I take 2 again. You can do this upon awakening in the night. Most times, I only have to take 2 and I fall asleep for the rest of the night.
