These have been an absolute lifesaver for my immune system!!! About 3-4 years ago was constantly getting sick. Winter and summer it was so frustrating on top of that I have year round allergies. I was coughing all the time. When I came down with Pneumonia I had such a bad cough that I fractured one of my ribs, I was only 21 years old! I then discovered Stamets7. IâÂÂve been taking it religiously for 3 to 4 years and have never comedown with a full on cold.
