Directions:

Adults and children 12 years of age and older:

apply a thin layer to affected area up to a maximum of 4 times daily
massage until thoroughly absorbed into skin
wash hands thoroughly with soap and water after each use

Warnings: For external use only. Allergy alert: do not use if you are allergic to salicylates (including aspirin) unless directed by a doctor.

Do not use

On wounds, irritated or damaged skin or if skin irritation develops.
With external heat, such as electric heating pad, or do not cover with additional bandage as this may result in excessive skin irritation or skin burn.
If you are allergic to any of the ingredients in this product.

When using this product

Use only as directed. Do not inhale or spray onto face.
Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
Skin burns (swelling, erythema, bullous lesions, pain) including severe skin burns and skin necrosis have sometimes been reported with products containing menthol.
Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy, rashes and/or burning discomfort occur.

Stop use and ask a doctor if

Condition worsens or symptoms persist for more than 7 days symptoms clear up and occur again within a few days.
Redness is present or excessive skin irritation occurs.
You experience severe burning pain, swelling, or blistering where the product was applied.
You experience weakness, confusion, headaches, difficulty breathing, discoloured skin or any other unusual symptoms.

If pregnant or breastfeeding, ask a health professional before use.

Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
