INS ROSALES It was 1910 when Inɩs Rosales retrieved the 'Olive Oil Torta" family recipe and began selling them at Seville Train Station to support her family. More than a century later, every Torta is still unique and unrepeatable thanks to the delicate hands that shape them just before they are oven baked.
