Directions: Cut out your design, peel off the plastic top sheet, and place and press the tattoo face down. Wet the tattoo paper with water until it is completely soaked through. Press and hold down in place for around 10 seconds, then gently peel up the paper to reveal your INKED! For nail art designs: let tattoo dry for about 1 minute and apply two thick layers of clear top coat to seal on your nail. Apply another layer of top coat every few days to extend the life of your nail tat!
