It's working!
After I went through a medical weight loss program, I lost about 50% of my hair volume. I was told to take biotin because it strengthens hair and nails. Well, it's working! My hair is starting to get thicker and even my nails are getting stronger.

Biotin is great for my hair and skin. I cannot use any cream on my face so Biotin I take daily to help my skin and hair.
