Jamieson's Black Elderberry is comprised of 100 mg of Black Elderberry extract to help relieve symptoms of colds and flus such as coughs, sore throat and mucus buildup of the upper respiratory tract. Does What It Says
I have been taking Jamieson Black Elderberry since September of 2025. The caps are small and easy to swallow. One cap a day and you're good to go. I feel that it definitely has had a positive effect as I didn't have one cold over the winter. I am now taking it all year to help maintain a boost my immune system. The price is also very reasonable
