Directions of Use: Adults: Chew 1 tablet daily with a meal. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.

These actually taste pretty good
These tablets are easy to chew, and have a slightly sour but pleasant flavour. I find they're easier to digest than the Stresstabs that I usually take too. I came back to buy another bottle but they appear to be sold out now .
